    Very disappointed in my overall experience. I contacted FMT on April 30 to schedule maintenance on my 02 Mini. I was scheduled for May 13. I dropped my car off and was called to verify what work I needed done. That was the last time I heard from them until I called them a week and half later only to have no answer and leave a message for a call back...the next day I heard nothing and again I called them and spoke to them to find out that, 'oh so sorry, your paperwork was lost and we forgot about your vehicle". I'm like how does a auto repair shop forget about a customers car??? I get that businesses are busy but come on folks! You're in the business to fix cars! We continue our discussion and I have to tell them again what I needed fixed, air bag light on and oil filter housing replaced. I was told that someone would call back Friday and have more information about the issues at hand. Friday came and gone with no call...So Monday I called and a nice gentleman answered the phone and I advised him that I was frustrated with the lack of service I had received and that FMT had my car for TWO WEEKS and nothing was done! beyond frustrated! I came in Monday late afternoon, spoke to the receptionist who was surprised that no one contacted me Friday as she mentioned someone would. She mentioned that a diagnostic was done for the airbag but more needed to be done and if I wanted to leave my car with them to continue, I was like you had my car for TWO WEEKS how long does the diagnostic take?? She did mention that she had an invoice for me of 130$ +tx...I was thinking you guys didn't even finish the diagnostic and you're still charging me??? I was so frustrated I paid and after some time as they misplaced my key I left. I got to my car and the hood was still unlatched and wires were all lose under my drivers seat....I really tried something positive to say but honestly I could not. So very disappointed.

    Well I would never take yout bmw here ***** ** * *** *** ****** he had my bmw for 5 years I got it back said it was all good when I got it car was not running correctly took it back ask for more money after I just spent 7000 got it back again said it was good again again I had to take it back more money again then he gave me a safty said all good took it back again more money this time. I said listen im going to give this car to my son in GA will it make it there oh yes u r all goid car didn't go so I gave it to my niece she took it to him not knowing that's where I got all the work on it I said to her car should be all good come to find our its nit there was alot more work that need to get done to pass safty when at frist he said car is all good a d he gave me a safty all ready plus the reception was all ways rude to me even that I was spending alot of money there for this 2000 323 ci bmw after all said and done 13000 on this car when I said to him from the getco that pls go over yhe hole car and fix what ever is wrong with it * ***** ** *** **** ******* * ** *** and not fixing what he said he
    Fixed I woukd never recommend this place at all I really got took for my money here I hope no one else gets this done to them
