  Highly recommend. ***** and his team are professional, respectful, knkwledeable and quick. He came when he said he would and they started unloading right away. ***** explained everything to us so that we felt well informed, and he even shared his affectionate knowledge of bats with us. For me, a big priority was his patented system so that no bats are killed in the process. They just fly out and can't get back in again later. We felt enriched to have met a team dedicated to excellence, respect and service.

  Bats Canada resolved our bat problem in our century home. ***** provided professional, thorough and quality work. He is an excellent communicator and prompt with any return calls. Two years post install we are still bat free. ***** has communicated with our roofers for a replacement roof and plans to follow-up to ensure continued bat proofing once it is installed. We highly recommend him above and beyond any other bat company in terms of his guarantee, pricing, clear communication and workmanship.

  I am extremely satisfied with the superior high quality bat / wildlife proofing work that ***** *** ***** put into this 2-storey house of mine in Kingsville Ontario roughly near mid October 2022. That house is about 40 years or so in age. They did this work while offering simply the best, most unbeatable warranty. Also, they did this work for a very reasonable price, compared to the some other local area wildlife management companies. They used a full, complete, holistic approach to NOT only bat proofing, but also general wildlife proofing work, which NOT a lot of other companies do. Also, with their excellent way of serving/dealing with their clients, either answering phone calls/emails very promptly, or very promptly returning their messages, they are sure to not only keep acquiring new very satisfied customers, but also it's the good word those customers put out that will reel in for ***** and team, even more work and even more new satisfied customers.
  ***** definitely seems to have a really high degree of honesty, integrity, work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, credibility, and stuck to the word he gave me regarding the following via emails:
  1. The $2500+HST cost estimate for my house. He looked at Google street view pictures of my house. Based on that, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate and he stuck to it. He finally only charged me exactly that much.
  2. The 5 year materials warranty and the lifetime workmanship warranty: information about this appears in writing on the final invoice/bill and the receipt paperwork. Also their company's London Ontario based physical address also appears there.
  3. All the work he proposed to do as part of the bat/wildlife proofing work.
