    I can see that some others have had a good experience with this salon. However, we all have different experiences and what I say is true. I have NOT had a good experience there for a long time. I'm never as satisfied there any more as I used to be and I don't know what's wrong. I see others going in and out of there with hair cuts/styles that look fine - not "high-end" but "good enough" as a rule. I'm sure they must have some better stylists, but I never seem to end up with anyone with those higher skills. At best I end up with a so-so cut that often got uneven layers, or shorter at the nape on one side than the other, parts like sides or bangs left sloppy, the back layers aren't cut with precision so as to fall evenly and attractively, and so on. I've seen 3 or 4 stylists and all have been mediocre but I've never raved about any of them. I recently went there again, and again, the cutter did a terrible job. No one is perfect and they should correct it but at this point I want my money back.
