    Got ripped off..***** ground took the normal 4 to 5 days to deliver - but got charged and paid ***** for ground service by post net. Later, looked up estimate on *** Ex site and received quote for 23.56.Thought an error had been made and took receipt and ***** estimate back to Post Net. Net of this was told to take it to *****. Made it my problem, no apology, very poor customer service.

    It did not happen that way! A violent person, so I let him be, as he pounded on my counter repeatedly! My security video captured it!

    FYI, the package was delivered within 1-2 business day, generally next business day. With Monday being a Federal Holiday (Truth & Reconciliation), throwing the delivery schedules off. 

    ***** GROUND is a loss leader for *****, and the pricing difference is a wholesale account holders online vs a reseller retail. We are not selling a service below our costs. ***** puts us in a terrible position!

    Never in my life have I been treated so poorly, in such a short period of time, by a complete stranger. The “owner" as he identified himself in this case, was extremely rude and combative from the moment I got to the counter, and for no apparent reason.
    Like most people, I approach dealing with strangers in a perfectly polite and neutral way. And that’s exactly how I conducted myself when I visited this location. But in return I was insulted, spoken down to, berated, and left in a state of what I can only describe as “bully shock”. I legitimately had a hard time processing what was happening–that’s how out of the ordinary the owner’s behavior was. ** **** **** ** *** ** ** ******** ** **** ******** ******** **** * ******** ** ***** **********–and I have a witness to these events.
    For the life of me I do not know how the owner of this establishment thinks this is an appropriate way to conduct business.
