    To start off I was not aware that if paying by credit card you would be charged an extra 3%. This should be explained when making the appointment. Just a quick our payment methods are cash, debit or cheque. I asked the guy for a copy of an invoice and was told it would be the print out from the debit machine.
    The guy that cleaned my vents was on the phone the entire time he was in my house, which was rude but also very disrespectful as he was speaking another language. When I called and spoke to a "supervisor/manager" ***** he told me that I was being racist. That by no means is what I was doing. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable in MY house. ***** also told me that the reason for the 3% is because they are charged a percent for clients to use credit card, so they pass some of the charge to the client so they don't raise their prices.
    I felt like I had no option at this point but to pay the 3% as the guy that represented the company told me he did not have change to give me as I didn't have the exact amount.
    Very disappointed in this company.

    you were never told that we accept credit card. when booking an appointment it is your responsibility to have payment upon receipt . had you asked what methods of payment we accept you would have been told debit cash or cheque. Our technicians don't carry cash around and you were aware of the costs of your service prior to booking. We made an exception and said we could accept credit for you to accommodate but only for a 3% fee which came to $4.00. when offered a $4.00 refund you proceeded to say that's not enough, your technician was speaking in a different language and you feared that he was going to rob everything in your home, which frankly came across as very racist. I assured you I would speak to the technician about phone use in customers houses and you finished the conversation by saying , and I quote "do me a favor , go fck yourself " . delightful behavior. after years in business it's very apparent some people can never be pleased.
