    Do not trust this company with your credit card. They help themselves to whatever they wish to charge and then ignore you. Make sure you pay cash and agree on a price before as they will charge as much as they wish.

    This company was prompt to respond to a concern re a flooded basement at my home in Byron; however, the mess that was left especially re the carpet was unacceptable.
    In spite of many phone calls that I made to the employee, as well as messages left for the owner to contact me were all ignored. I would appreciate an apology plus a restoration of the carpet by
    an authorized carpet specialist as promised by the employee in question.
    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
