      BUYER'S BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE here because all sales are FINAL and if there is an issue the owner will not help you! I took my old cell phone in to *** ***** *******' store in March 2025 because I was having issues with the memory and he suggested it would be better to purchase a new phone. What he neglected to do was tell me was that the sale was final and he did not bother to check to make sure that the phone was compatible with the network we were using. I am not a tech savvy person and I foolishly relied on his expertise. Had I known that all sales were final I would not have purchased the phone. The phone deteriorated over time. When I took the phone back in early ****************** employee was unable to help us and told us to call our network. We used my husband's phone to call the network's tech support and they told us at that time that the phone that we purchased was incompatible with their network. We ended up having to purchase a new phone on a new network elsewhere because circumstances required immediate action and the Cellular Magician was closed at the time. When we took the phone back to Cellular Magician to return it, we were told that all sales are final but he would check with the owner to see what could be done for us. We had a phone conversation with *** ******* who claimed that he is an honest businessman and that I was unethical by bringing the phone back three months later and compared purchasing a phone to purchasing a car ******************* He did not give us an opportunity to speak or suggest an equitable solution. He told us to get out of his store and that we were no longer welcome as customers. I'm not sure why *** ******* would even think for one minute that we would want to conduct further business with him especially given his dishonesty, unethical practices, attitude, brusque manner and the way he treated us in general. It would be my recommendation to steer clear of *** ******* and his establishment.

      BUYERS BEWARE aways ask for a written quote I just had a phone repaired and the cost was double the quote given on the phone The original quote was for 70 dollars plus tax I just paid 169 I was not called about the cost being higher than quoted and given the chance to take it some where else All **** said they made a mistake and offered to put the old screen back on so I could take it else where to be fixed He did ask if I wanted a screen protector on it But wasn't sure if he was offering that for free as a peace offering I didn't take I was already ****** off enough I wont be back again that's for sure!!! This business is not BBB accredited So go careful when dealing with this type of business.

      We certainly always quote our customers before we do a repair, but we make mistakes sometimes. You had a new phone and we rushed the repair. When we discovered the mistake we offered to reverse the repair and not charge you anything. A written quote would not have changed anything. You were quoted for a battery, but your phone needed a new screen. Yes we made a mistake, but we offered to correct it.
