    May 13th 2024 this company was cleaning the gutters for my neighbors' property. While they were cleaning it in the mid/late afternoon there was a significant amount of sludge/debris from the ***** that splashed all over my wife's new car.***, the employee, came onto our property with what looked like a leaf blower blowing off the driveway & walking around our vehicles. My wife, WAS HOME and not made aware of what had happened came out to ask who he was and what he was doing. *** then admitted what he had done and was suggesting just rinsing off the cars with "what he had in his tank". We have no idea what if any chemicals he had in there we said no. I left work early to wash the car - there is significant issues with the paint that needs to be addressed.I talked with *** on May 14th and let him know that I work at a dealership that does this work and offered to do it for what my employee pricing would be, he thought the pricing was too high and asked to talk with his boss and he indicated his boss would be calling me the next day. May 15th *** calls and when we speak he states that after sleeping on it, it is their decision that the problem with the paint is OUR FAULT because we didnt let him rinse off the debris blown all over her car/our property - I am no longer offering a pricing discount and have reached out to some bodyshops to get an independent quotation.When I spoke to ****, who indicated he was the boss he was extremely rude and said you should keep the little woman of yours on a leash and described that my wife was swearing at ***, which after reviewing and listening to the cameras mounted outside of our home is a complete lie. My wife, nor anyones, should be spoken about in that manner and **** went further and lied about contacting my employer and stated to me that my job was insignificant and they were about to fire *** have reached out to our insurance company but are expecting any and all fees to be covered by the company.

    During a routine gutter clean on a windy day a few wet leaves blew off of a homeowners roof and landed down below. Due to the storm prior; these leaves were already flying off of the nearby roof and landing on Kevins property before we even arrived. Being a company that provides excellent customer service we cleaned up the leaves below. When we went on the other side of the fence to clean the leaves on the neighbour (Kevins) side, we were met with an extremely rude and hostile homeowner. We offered to do cleanup with our power washer, as well as our blower. The next ****************** calls one of our employees, and demands that we fork out hundreds of dollars to him because he works at a dealership and he can get us a deal. We explained to him that we would be more than happy to give him a gift card to a car wash, but we arent about to be exploited by him because a few small leaves landed on his vehicle. ***** began verbally assaulting our staff when we told him this and hung up on us. If ***** is under the impression that leaves can damage his paint job he is in for a woeful surprise when winter comes around and salt, sand, slush, and dirt get all over vehicle. None of the information ***** provided after the fact is credible as our company does not provide customer experience like that. He is outright twisting words and lying to make our company look bad because he did not get his way and we wont stand for him bullying our staff. We have a flawless reputation in ****** (with people even posting good reviews about us on BBB with the experience theyve had).
