    I purchased these coin (2020 $20 & $50 Puzzle Coin Set The Four Winds: *********** ** ****** **** ****** *****) from London Coins Centre (LCC). I received them on Jan.18. On Jan. 18, I found there is flaw on the coin. I haven't open them. I thought it's just one coin with flaw. I contacted the store, the personal whose name is ***, told me I can return that coin. He also told me I should just return one coin, and it was easy to open capsule to take it out and ship to them. On Jan. 19, when I open the capsule, I checked all of them by glove. There are totally 14 coins in the package. 10 of them are flaw. I sent the pictures and called ***. He said since I opened the capsule, they won't accept return. He also said it' directly from ***** ******** ****. However, it's not true. As I also have the same set from another vendor, which is different from the package of LCC. I request to get refund of total $1867.
