    HeadsUps *********... about '519 PAINTERS'... - (I've been holding back, but ****** need to know, before giving your TRUST and $$$s to these 'fast talkers' "519 Painters" do NOT belong to the London BBB Better Business Bureau. Their firm had a major repainting project (...a SIGNED CONTRACT worth FIVE DIGITS, and the first $ number wasn't a "1" !!!) in year 2023, to prepare and repaint four century-plus year old buildings. The work began SIX WEEKS AFTER the PROMISED DATE., beginning after Canada Day!! Mid-summer, I was told the entailed work was grossly UNDER-estmated, and I'd need to authorize adding ANOTHER $5000 for any work to continue. By mid-October, the major high-up and a few other areas were not even begun to be tackled, ...blaming it on boomtruck lift issues, ...or (by my guess:) other fake excuses. I met with company principles in November 2023, at a coffee restaurant in the same building as their (then) offices on ***********, where the "lead" face of the business bought me (??) a coffee. The two company leads seemed sincere, apologetic, and promised the Contract would be completed starting as the 2024 Season would begin. It DID NOT!! Nor did work ever commence in the second year, ...until an un-announced visit to the project site in mid-September (in year two) by a painter who'd NEVER been onsite the previous year, and who knew nothing of what was expected. He went onto the ******* property without permission (which caused WW3!! from the *****), and then left before a second ******* ***** ever showed up. *Then, nobody ever called wirh apology to clear up any issues that caused, or to reschedule a recommencement date and/or planned expectations. INSINCERITY is key to this story. EARLY in year three, 2025, ...ZERO responses to three of the company senior ***** two claiming to be 'owners' went UNANSWERED, unresponded... AND until this day: NOTHING. ?? HONOR??? I have yet to sue in Small Claims Court.

    Very professional -519 have a great team from the initial consultation to their colour/ design specialist, through to the execution of the painting job.
    Prompt, professional, thorough & clean.
    Highly recommend them for both interior and exterior.
