      Worst company ever over priced not willing to stay late 10 15 mins for custoners who work late terrible service took 2 months to fix a laptop and did not even call me to say its ready i had to contact them save time and money go else where

      1- The employee did stay 15 minutes late to wait for you. Strange how you don't mentiuon that?


      2-You called at 5:30pm asking him to stay until 6:30-making this is an unreasonable request. The store has had the same hours since we opened and in all that time this has never been an issue.


      3- The parts that needed replacing had to come from china, That takes time that is beyaond our control. 


      4-Also being Rude and demanding is not the way to get anyone to do anything extra for you.
