I recently purchased a refurbished computer from Microcad through *******.ca The battery on this model is supposed to last 10-14 hours, and mine only lasts approximately 2 hours. Microcad says they will only warranty battery claims if it lasts less than two hours, or less than 20 percent of the new capacity. I searched their website (microcad.ca) and did not find any reference to this policy, nor was it in the listing for this unit or any other refurbished computer listing I checked on their website or *******.ca. (one of which I included below). I would not have purchased this unit had it been listed that it did not include a fully functional battery. I would like their false and misleading advertising to be corrected, and to be refunded the cost of purchasing a replacement battery.

    Hello

This laptop is a refurbished not to be compared to a NEW laptop.  Our refurbished laptops offer a 2 hour max on refurbished laptop.  The client called and was advised by both ITRefurbs and *******. The client was aware he was buying a refurbished Laptop.  No vendor offers a full 10-12 hour battery life on a refurbished unit.
