      On March 09/2023, Nerds on Site did work on my printer/laptop and installed ***********s anti-virus, trying to take ***********s off, I found that ******* ******* the tech has password protected it, and I am unable to disable or uninstall without the password, I contacted the maker of ************* but they have no record of me purchasing their product, and the companies online uninstall instructions don't work because of the password protection. ******* ******* has refused to give me the password on June 28/2023. My conclusion is that ******* ******* has bought a business license and then sells them to clients with the added security password, and I must add this administrator rights were not authorized by me, and therefore is fraud in my opinion.

      When endpoint protection licenses are installed, they are done so in a way that is controlled/locked to a central controller for security reasons (so can not be uninstalled by hackers)

      This was unfortunately not explained to the client, and the request by the client to uninstall should have been handled differently by *******.

      Our local leader, ********, has been in touch with Mr. ******** regarding this matter.

      A resolution has been reached - from our local leader ********, after his conversation with Mr. ********

      - I have instructed ******* to immediately issue the remote 'uninstall' command to ******** workstation.
      - I have requested the Admin team to refund 100% of ******** ***********s costs, including the 3 used months.
      - I have scheduled a follow up call with ****** for Tuesday evening to ensure that he is satisfied and that the refund and uninstall was successfully completed.

      We apologize to Mr. ******** for the experience and trust that it has been resolved to his full satisfaction.
