    Much like other reviewers, we have worked with Mike on several renovations on our house. Our family room reno involved rebuilding a structural (exterior) wall, gutting the room in its entirety so we could fully insulate it. When he found that the original construction was not to code, he quickly identified this and provided a cost effective solution which he immediately implemented. Next was a full gut of our kitchen/dining room; removing an interior wall and moving the staircase to the basement, along with another rebuild of an exterior wall to allow for a very long bank of windows to overlook our backyard. Again, when original construction was not up to code, he provide quick and efficient solutions.
    Not only the company owner, but lead on-site, which gave us great comfort. We have full trust in him and his team and no issues leaving him with keys to start/end the day as he needed. He was diligent in keeping the rest of our house dust-free and kept a clean, organized worksite. He maintained schedule and budget, and was overall a pleasure to deal with. Plan ahead as this gem books up quickly!
