      The worst company I have ever dealt with.waited over 2 months for a replacement card that still has not come . Rude customer care and no return calls from managers or supervisors. They only care about getting money from you not about building a customer bass.

      After letting Fidem know I wanted to close out my account with ********************************************* and Fidem Financial said that it would be done. I received a CC statement today with charges posted after the date i requested my account be closed. So buyer beware when dealing with Fidem Financial as Fidem does not want to close out your account when asked to by you the CC account holder. After a 2 hour heated discussion today Fidem Financial assured me that my account is now closed, all I can do is wait to see if I get another statement in the mail next month. All I can say is buyer beware when dealing with Fidem Financial

      Found out that there were fraudulent charges on my credit card and despite all of my efforts they refuse to believe they are fraudulent and are holding me fully liable. If they actually did a proper review there is no way they would come to that conclusion. **** *** ********* I closed my account and they will still be charging me monthly account fees until the debt is paid off. The communication regarding this whole situation has been terrible. I would stay far away from getting one of these cards

      Waiting for 2 charges of 747.00 each that were not made by me to get rectified. Have sent supporting documents. Nobody will talk to you. No response to emails asking them to explain and answer direct questions. These charges were from META STORE FACEBKPRTL ???? I’m waiting patiently for these to be cleared then the account is closed. DO NOT EVER OBTAIN THIS CARD!!!

      No problems using it had to bail out a family member with groceries a few times. I usually make big payments 200 or more and here is the part that is strange. It takes DAYS for that payment to show up. I called customer service waited on hold for oh i think close to 2 hrs then they hung up. My wife looked at me and says breathe just breathe. So why does it take days when my other card is there in seconds................Can't wait for this response should be the old generic one they seem to give everyone. And NO i am not calling or emailing you since you hung up on me after waiting 2 hrs. Fix your **** and fix it fast or you are going to lose more customers than you can get new ones.

      I have been very happy with Fidem
      M/C. Post bankruptcy they sent me an application, and had my card within a couple of weeks. I have not had any bad experiences with this company.
      I am thrilled I get to work on my credit so soon.
      Already received increase due to my management of my account.
      I have only good things to say about this company.
