    On February 27, 2022 I left two pieces of Art at Fine Art Custom Framing -for framing. On May 5th, 2022 I received communication that the pictures were ready for pick up, and I made arrangements to pick up the art work. The first work is Indian tapestry - and it is framed beautifully - but there was no glass over the art and the inside of the frame was not painted - but a dirty mix of colors. I requested this be corrected and was told it would be done right away. The second art work is a copy of limited edition painting of tall ships in Port Stanley. The framing was completed as requested - but a piece of the frame was broke off and missing. At first I was told that was the way it was when I dropped it off - which is not true. I hand painted the frame from wood finish to white - and know it very well, and would not pay to have a picture framed into a broken frame. I was then told that the flourish would be repaired to it's original state. I left both pieces at the shop on Dundas Street for corrections to be done. I tried to communicate several times with the shop but emails are not answered and the door is locked when I go there. Can I please have assistance is getting my art work framed properly. At this time I am not able to get a hold of anyone at the shop.

Following our usual procedure, we notified the consumer of your response and requested notification of whether or not it was satisfactorily resolved.
