    I'm severely appalled by their service. I bought the ***** ******** on July 06/23 and received it on July 26 but it was left downstairs in the lobby and was very difficult to get it upstairs to my apartment. I was in too much pain from my OA and did not try the scooter till about 3 weeks later. When I took it out the first time it stalled and beeped, but I thought that it was something that I did.
    However, when I took it out several times the stalling just got from bad to worse.
    I called Scooter Country but was told to contact someone to service it - parts free - but I would have to pay 90 dollars service charge. I said I wanted a replacement but have been stonewalled continuously because I had already missed the 30-day return policy. Fast forward to January 5, 2023; I still do not have my scooter because the parts for the repair have not come in, nor do I have any idea when I will get it back. {parts the console and tiller}. This is not just some minor repair and obviously, the scooter is defective and I should get a new replacement. However, my request and pleas have fallen upon deaf and uncaring people. I have suffered emotional duress for this period and still do not see an end to my dilemma. WARNING to all seniors/people who wish to purchase a mobility scooter MAKE SURE you are covered and check the return policy immediately by testing the scooter. Preferably buy from a shop in you city. Very upset.
