    An acquaintance recommended I contact an electrician from Commerce Electrical Solutions named **** because his services were affordable for clients on ** (******* *****). I am currently on **. I contacted **** and **** ****** up at my home on Monday August 22nd 2022 around 3pm. I needed help with finding the breaker (I couldn’t find the breaker because my landlord passed away a few months ago and my landlord’s family didn’t kn** where to locate the breaker). Half of my outlets in my unit were not working due to p**er outage or overuse so the breaker needed a reset. **** found the breaker in my kitchen behind the fridge within 5 to 10 mins and he reset the breaker. Although his job was incredibly simple and his visit was very short - he still charged me $100 for a full one hour visit. I felt this fee was completely unfair and I felt ripped off and scammed by him. His service was not worth $100 and I am requesting a fair billing adjustment and explanation of charges.

    The minimum charge to have someone come out, diagnose the problem and fix it is for one hour.  This is what you were charged for the work that was done.  This is an industry standard.

    It's important to us to ensure our customers are happy and have the best experience possible!  We would like the opportunity to work with you to make adjustments.  If there's anything else we can do please don't hesitate to reach out.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I would like the business to know that **** (my electrician) never told me about standard pricing during our first phone call. He told me he was going to give me a quote upon arrival to my home. He arrived at my home and instead of giving me a quote he immediately charged me $100 after 10 minutes. I would greatly appreciate a price adjustment due to the unprofessional way this was handled. I wish I was told beforehand about industry standard pricing because I was told by an acquaintance that your pricing was affordable and catered toward ** clients. I am satisfied with figuring out a price adjustment. Thank you.
