    Hydro One switched the billing on my house, that I have had in my name for over *********************************************************** at all. This to me seems like fraud, totally unethical and in some one is or should be illegal. How can someone go online to Hydro One web site get an account changed from one person to another person and address with out the account holder being contacted about it? Have the scammers or Identity theft criminals got a hold of this yet? How can this even be allowed? Its not like I died and someone else took over the house. I am still quit alive and have been the account holder for over 25 years. Shouldn't that in itself be reason enough to at least check?

    They are sending my account to collections wrongly for a billing period I wasn't at the address and claiming I never reached out to them prior which I did.At first they told me they could backdate it if I provided proof I was moved out before a certain date and then after I did they told me they couldn't anymore. I literally have a legal agreement stating I had to be vacated for a certain date.
