      I recently had a water heater installed by this company, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. While the initial installation seemed fine, I immediately encountered two leaks that were direct consequences of their team's work.The first was a shark bite fitting leak right after the installation, clearly linked to their pipe movement. The second, and the source of my current frustration, is a furnace drain leak that started the day after the install. This drain was previously taped but not actively leaking until after their team worked in the area.Despite clear evidence suggesting these leaks were a direct result of their installation, the company is now trying to bill me for the subsequent service call. What's even more disappointing is their complete lack of understanding or willingness to acknowledge my concerns. They have dismissed the timeline of the leaks and the fact that the furnace drain was stable until their intervention.Furthermore, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding billing for the follow-up service. At no point did their technicians mention any potential charges. Had I been informed, I would have approached the situation ************** add insult to injury, the initial leak caused by their work led to water damage in my basement.This company has not only caused me inconvenience and now a financial dispute, but they have also shown a disregard for the impact of their work and a refusal to listen to my legitimate concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure meticulous communication regarding potential issues and billing.
