    This company is not worth the one star I gave above. After 11 years, my engineered flooring has begun to lift in three places. I called ***** Gibson hoping to hire his company to ***air a job that did 11 years ago. I intended to pay for the ***airs. He reluctantly agreed to have his secretary book a visit. When he arrived, his attitude was rude and ****. He immediately declared that he smelled mildew and said I had a crack in my foundation. I believe he thought he was talking to a moron. He said he wouldn't touch the job until I had a company come in ***air the cracks - I believe he using his x-ray vision. I've never had a leak anywhere in my basement in 27 years. I had two highly recommended companies come in to assess my basement and the foundation for leaks. Neither company *** noticed a mildew smell nor did either detect moisture in the floors beyond what is normal, no moisture in the walls and no stains or evidence of water damage. Both examined the outside of my exposed foundation and determined that there were no signs of cracks. I monitored the inside and outside of my house for the next 6 months. I asked another flooring company to look at the engineered floors. No moisture was found in the flooring. Either the product or the installation has caused the lifting. I contacted ***** Gibson this past week and to date no response to my messages. I originally planned to pay his company to ***air the floors but I am now left to the only option and that is to warn other potential buyers and to ***ort this company to the BBB.

    Absolutely excellent company, leadership and craftsmanship. Would recommend them for all of your flooring projects.
