We purchased a mattress, paid for delivery, and paid for set up. They arrived with the mattress fully wrapped in plastic. It's winter and the delivery truck is dirty and filled with flush. The truck had never been cleaned inside. They did not wipe down the mattress. They knew it was dirty. I told them not to bring it in like it was but they were in a hurry and proceeded to bring it into the house. They dirtied the front door, the kitchen floor, the kitchen counter and proceeded to drag it upstairs on the carpet grinding the dirt into the carpet. They also smashed the fan in the bedroom.
When I called to claim, they basically said too bad. My husband came home from work and had to clean the carpet. They also said that there are no cloths in the truck to clean off the mattresses and had no intention of ever having cloths in the truck. Bottom line is they damaged our property with no compensation whatsoever. I would never ever refer them to anyone and their prices really aren't that great anyway.

This situation has been very very greatly exaggerated that’s all I can say . There was an apology given to the customer numerous times .
