    My Husband purchased a pair of Earrings from Elegant goldsmiths *********** whiteoaks mall as a Christmas gift and was informed they could be returned withing 15 days. I returned to the store on Saturday December 28th and was told that they didn't have the codes to do exchanges because the owner was not there and lives in ******* and was told that I could come back on December 30th or the 31st when the owners would be there. I called on December 30th to ask if they would be accepting exchanges and was told no. I then returned to the store today, Friday January 3rd to make an exchange. everything was in the original packaging with the receipt, only to be told that there was a white paper box with it, which there was not! This is not the only time I have had problems with this store location at ********'s mall in ****** *******. I am pretty sure I was speaking with the owner who had no business professional or personal qualities. I now don't want an exchange, I want a full refund. They will not honor their exchange policies. if there was another box I would have it as this was just a couple days later. everything including the pink box it came in with tissue wrapped around it is in tact. I asked if maybe the employee working was busy and did not put it in this so called 2nd other white box. There is nothing on the receipt about extra boxes, the receipt reads original condition, which they are. The owner claims she needs a code from this box, to do an exchange and it says nothing on the receipt about this,
