  I would never recommend anyone to do business with EaveSafe Gutter Protection company run especially by Nicholas as he cheated me thoroughly. He quoted a price for gutter guards, then while on the job site, he claimed I needed to change my Eavesdrop all together quoting me a much higher price. At the point when I initially contacted ***** specifically gave him my credit card to only HOLD for the deposit and gave him no authorization to withdraw any money until he arrived at the job site and he agreed as I told him I would pay the full amount quoted via cheque. He not only quoted me a higher price at the job site, I told him not to proceed with the work, he left the site doing NO work yet a month later I found he withdrew money from my card in the amount of $568.00 while doing no job for me, despite being told he had no authorization to do so. He said the deposit was totally refundable yet when I called him following my credit card bill was received showing money had been withdrawn, I called Nic and got him on the line, he claimed he was driving and would call me back but did not call back. I then called his office multiple times same day , each time I got the run around as his employee either said he was with a customer or busy. A week and a half has gone by and he has not returned my call, has not returned my money and has had no decency to return my call. He has clearly cheated me and is not to be trusted. I would urge anyone doing business with him, to be very careful about not giving him your credit card information as you will only be disappointed as money will be removed despite no work done. Never expected this kind of a business man exits in ******. I also found out recently that *** revoked all his emails (quotes etc) sent to me, what does this indicate to you, he had a clear intention of cheating me.

  This is **** from EaveSafe Gutter Protection. I am truly sorry that this is how your experience with EaveSafe went. We strive to ensure every interaction with our business is positive. With regards to the deposit, we never mentioned it was a hold, we charge the deposit to pay for materials, this is clearly stated in our quote and job forms. When we arrived we found the state of the eavestroughs to be irreparable and thus we recommend you replace the eavestroughs. As we do not refund deposits we recommended putting the deposit amount towards a new system instead.
  

  After speaking with you we did agree to refund the deposit and as of my writing this message the amount has indeed been fully refunded. I do not have the ability to revoke emails that were sent to you however perhaps you are referring to the quotes / job forms that were created in our system, the links to which were shared to you via email. After you decided not to proceed with the work those quotes/job forms were archived. This is standard practice and not done with any intention to cheat or deceive.

  We hope that now that this issue has been resolved and that the funds have been returned that you will consider removing this review.

  Very good experience and job. Have a 125 year old house I dare you to find a straight line on. Not only did Nicolas's crew show up, he did also and contributed to the job being done right. Nicolas helped his crew get the job done and takes great pride in his company. I honestly recommend EaveSafe Gutter Protection because the owner is involved, not just collecting money for employees work. Nicolas is a caring owner and it showed by the number of times he showed up on the job and got his hands dirty!

  I would defiantly give this company and it’s workers 5 stars. They gave a non obligation very affordable quote prior to the work, they were here exactly when they said they would be, even called to say they were on their way. They got all the work done, picked up every speck of material before leaving and they were all very polite and did not mind answering any questions.
