Absolutely the best experience!
I had the misfortune of calling another company just before I spoke with *****. Not only did the other company quote me $1460 plus tax to replace a pump that turned out to be working just fine but they told be it would take a week or more for them to order it and install it! ***** was able to do the same job the next day!
*****’s team **** *** *** were incredible. They were friendly, professional and thorough in their diagnostic.
I couldn’t be happier with the transparency, and excellent work.

Outstanding experience with BH Turner for a new furnace installation. Felt very informed on how to make the "fix" or "replace" decision, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast too. Day of installation was very successful - exactly as promised - and even had a phone call a couple days later to check in and make sure everything was working properly. As I said to ***** - I hope I don't need to call him back anytime soon, but the next time I need something for the house, his phone will be ringing! Thanks again!B H Turner Heating & Cooling Ltd.
