      Ive been called multiple times for warranty inspections and each time theyve come, its more or less a sales call. January 2024 *** came and it switched to a furnace and air conditioner upgrade. Didnt even look at the tankless. Got a call 30 minutes ago to have another inspection. Short notice but why not since it hasnt been done since 2023. The tech *** just came, removed the bottom drain cap and told me I need a water softener so it doesnt have to be flushed for 5 years. When they called me, they asked if my wife was home too. Sales call. I made an inquiry for my tank 3 months ago and was told call you Monday. Didnt specify which week and I just asked about my call, crickets. Had to hire another company to fix my unit in Dec 2023 as no staff was available. Ill stop here because you get the idea. For those who had great service, awesome but not me. Not a trustworthy company.

      I was looking to replace the hot water tank rental that came with the house I purchased in late 2021. I was impressed on all levels with the TEAM at Home Service Professionals, from the initial phone call, sales to installation and follow up. The direct and forthright details from *** during our sales consultation made my decision to sign my contract and have a ****** tankless hot water system and **** Water Softener installed. I didn't require time to ponder as I had done my due diligence to compare what I was looking for in advance. Definitely what I would suggest going into a meeting when considering any type of investment to my home. This also ensured I was dealing with a legitimate and accredited business. *** (Sales) was engaging and personable as he took time to understand my needs currently and future considerations. He answered my questions and together we looked at options and the cost savings of outright purchase, payment options, or rental. I did not feel rushed or pressured and the rebate was clearly noted and adjusted in the price to save me any later paperwork in hopes of receiving the benefit. ***** * ***** (Installation) were able to complete the installation, clean up and offered excellent additional tips and assistance while they were working. They patiently worked with me to ensure I was happy with the location and even helped with a couple small details not part of the service - thanks so much! They were an excellent team.
      When the competitions service person showed up to remove the rental unit that Home Service Professionals took their time to drain and unhook properly, he was less than stellar. The "other" vendor made a point of telling me I had wasted my money and after quoting figures to make his point, I used my calculator to show him the large cost savings I will realize over the lifetime of my investment. What a great feeling and I would recommend the HSP TEAM with confidence.
