    I purchased a 50" RCA television from **** mobile at their Dundas Gibraltor location for $****** I started having problems with it after using it for less than 2 months I was told to bring it back to the store which I did on Monday November 2023 Since then I have not had much communication from them I have sent text messages asking for updates These messages have been ignored I called the store number today nobody picked up and the voice mail is not setup I called my bank to put in a dispute to get my $$ back They sold me a defective item and are now ignoring me They took my ****** I returned the ** for repair and now I have NOTHING to show for my $$ that took me 7 months to save!!if you go to their fb page you will they have done this before.. ******************************************************* I have included a copy of the store receipt and a copy of the funds coming out of my bank account

    I got a text message yesterday and called in to the store .. I was told my television should be in this weekend .. I am currently waiting for the next call/text message to let me know when I can pick it up .. I will keep you updated as to if/when this issue is resolved .. fully functioning tv or refund
