      We used Amerispec for our energy audit, they have been paid in full since August 23, 2023 and we were told we'd receive the report within 2-3 weeks. It has now been almost 4 months and we cannot get our inspection so that we can proceed with the government program that is ending in a few months.

      This customer has been waiting for here report due to the Auditor that did her audits being very negligent in servicing his customers effectively and causing this issue. Also my head office that gets the reports done is way behind due to the popularity of the program and the lack of qualified people available in the industry for Energy Auditors. I can tell you that you will not lose out on the rebates as you have had your second audit done and is in process. The Greener homes or Government rebates are only discontinuing in March of **** for people having there first audits done and it is our understanding that as long as you have had your first audit done by March **** you will receive rebates allowed to you.

      We will have your report to you within one week and your rebate will be submitted to Enbridge before Christmas. We will advise you when your rebate is submitted and for the amount of your rebate.

      Hello,

      I appreciate the response - however what are my options if the business does not provide the report within 1-week as he's specified will done. I've been told by the owner for months now that I'll be getting the report "within a week" so I'm very doubtful that it will happen this time. I keep getting the run-around and he's blaming his head office, with no resolution ever coming.

      I am not sure what this complaint is stating as I do not know of a reposition. Please have the customer call me at ************ and I am sure I can take care of the issue they may have.

      As part of the ******* ***** ***** program offered by the federal government, we hired Amerispec to perform two evaluations of our home—pre and post retrofit.

      On May 9, 2022 the final (post) evaluation was completed.

      Amerispec was paid in full on this date as per the terms of our agreement.

      As a registered service organization with the ******* ***** ***** program, Amerispec was to provide us the complete post-retrofit evaluation within 14 days of the evaluation (May 27, 202). They did not provide the evaluation by this date.

      I was patient and followed up after 1 and 2 months.

      Now it is July 27, 2022–52 days after the date Amerispec provided service.

      After several emails and phone calls to follow-up I have still yet to receive the evaluation/documentation I paid for.

      A call to the ******* ***** ***** suggested there is little I can do other than to file a complaint, both with ******** ********* ****** (the program’s administrating branch of the government) and with the local BBB.

      I am seeking assistance from the BBB to help close out my business with Amerispec and obtain the documents/evaluation which I paid for.

      I have spoken to ***** and explained the process to him and advised him they we have no control of the reports once they have been submitted to our head office and the Government. When the government approves the reports they will automatically be sent to him via E mail
