    I'm from a time where agreements were made with words, with a hand shake understood and that's when I came across Undervalue Appliances. some years back I was looking for a replacement for my washer dryer in my home where one was good for trade value and the other needed parts that were no longer available; either way bot had to go. When I called the number the young man who answer was pleasant and polite someone who it seemed like I knew for years (as someone who made a living in service work that was refreshing to hear). In a short time we worked out a sale sight unseen and payment was sent and delivery as made within a few days. I was not expecting the young man who was the owner to show up to deliver my order himself. After speaking with him and his helper I was happy and understood it was not an act. I express to him at that time I had some rental units that would at some point require replacements. During the lockdowns I reached out looking for a few items however the companies Covid policies prevented the sale. This past Monday however I called him up and within an hour the purchase was completed and delivery was yesterday evening and the only reason it took a few days was all the rainy weather and it was the companies consideration for not wanting to cause a mess in an occupied rental unit considering it was not an emergency. The delivery when smooth. The fridge I purchased was like new and it smelt fresh though it was unplugged.
    I prefer the family run businesses that were customer satisfaction first for me Undervalue Appliances has the same feel even though you can shop online. I will continue to purchase as they continue provide great service and reasonable prices.
    Update Just heard from the tenant where the new fridge was put and "it works great and he's says he's quite happy with his thanks" For me that's what this is about!

    professional and easy to use website that displays very well priced quality appliances. I utilized the easy pick up option as I needed a washing machine pronto for a large family. I found my experience excellent and fit my immediate needs perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff who know their appliances...I highly recommend Undervalue Appliances.

    Purchased a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Delivery was fast, and staff were careful and respectful. Definitely highly recommend. Minor issue with one of the appliances and Andrew sent a technician promptly to fix under warranty.
