      Booked a roadside assistance tow truck May 2nd, paid the balance in full to insurance company before tow was booked.
      Assistance policy reimbursement is up to $150 .
      I asked twice & never received any receipt from the insurance provider to properly submit a claim. I asked the tow truck company for a receipt & they said I get it from insurance company as that's who I paid.
      The only company the insurance provider could provide me a tow with cost more than double the cost it should have to only be towed a few blocks cost $269
      The agent I spoke with could not find me in the system even though i gave them all the info they asked for & said my account isn't active.
      I do have all the credentials and even have log in access to the company website.

      We have reviewed Mr. ********* call
      for roadside assistance. Unfortunately, the agent involved did not advise Mr.
      ******* correctly of his membership benefit and charged Mr. ******* the full
      price of the tow instead of the overage amount due after applying the benefit
      amount. Mr. ******* has been refunded $150 and the agent has been coached for
      how the event was handled. We apologize for the inconvenience Mr. ******* experienced.

      I simply went to **** ********* for a loan, and was approached with this Homeauto Insurance offering special benefits for travelling and drugs, and others, whci I did not need as I am already covered with ***. This clerk pushed it that this was strictly for extra bebefits, which I do not need. She sais all i had to do was check it out on my cell and it was only over $30.00 a month and could be cancelled within 30 days if i did not like it. So I have been trying to cancel this membership which I do not need, but it seems impossible to do so. and this clerk said to me that she could not help me as she knows nothing about it, she is just selling it! Wowww I am totally shocked and in disbelief! My membership # is as follows: ********** and i just received yesterday. This was bought and charged to me on 31 December 2022. And when I asked the clerk to help me, she lost her patience, and got very upset, she said this was not part of her job ! I want this membership to be cancelled.
