    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Everett is a skilled scammer. He walks around neighborhoods offering free suggestions and quotes. He also has a sympathy story which is partially why I trusted him. I gave him $400 as down payment for materials on my driveway. He suddenly made excuses for not coming to do work he had promised and never made the order on materials, even though he said he would send a receipt to my email. He finally refunded me $150 only because I threatened to file an investigation with the police which I currently am in the process of doing. Please write a review if you've had a similar experience. **** ******* ***** ** ** ********
