    I paid $3,107.50 for the service of 6 sessions of facial skin treatment (microneedling or laser) on November 4th, 2022. I received only 4 sessions. The last session was on April 12, ****. I emailed and called the business, and they don't reply back. I went to the office, and they closed down. Technically, they own me $1,035.83.

    I purchased a laser package with this location and I have used 2/3 sessions and I have been trying to book my third for nearly 2 months now. They do not answer the phone, they do not answers emails or voice mail. I have emailed 3-4 times and left 3 voicemails

    I started getting laser hair removal at Luxe Medical (2502108 Ontario Ltd) on March 16 2023. I paid for a package which included 5 sessions plus 1 free touch up. My last appointment was on June 20th and while I was there I booked my next appointment to be on August 7. I travelled overseas a couple days after that on June 22nd and initially planned to return on August 4th. However, I had to extend my trip to August 11th. I emailed the business owner, ****** *******, on August 2nd to reschedule my appointment, but she said she would put me on a priority list and follow up in an couple of weeks with available dates for early September as she is waiting to hear back about a travel commitment and wont be available until end of August. She also said her [only] employee was no longer with the company, and that is the person who had been doing my laser. I have not heard from ****** since August 2nd. I have emailed multiple times and tried calling the business multiple times but it goes to voicemail and the inbox is full. Today (September 22nd) I drove to the clinic to speak with her, but the unit was closed and there was a Notice of Termination on the door due to over $31,640 in unpaid rent as of July 31st. I was not informed by ****** that she left. I called the Bailiff, ***** ********, and he said one day they came and found she took everything and left.
