    Hiring The Achievement Centre to conduct Leadership Training for our company was a game changer. Specifically the Coaching, Discipline and Goal Setting modules gave clear step by step instructions on how to be successful in these areas, as well as the "why" behind the reasons to follow and practice this model. I became aware of the need to listen more than speak as a leader, and that for a goal to be successful, it needs to be agreed on by all parties (the Team, the Organization, the Individual). Learning how to coach employees and that a leader is never done with coaching - as follow up is continually required, was also very eye-opening for me. This is how we move in our business world today from the old model of policing for failure towards coaching for success.
    Our instructor was Judy P. and she was so patient, understanding, friendly and smart, and she kept us on track no matter what was happening in our work world. The course was brought right to our board room and in-person. Carving out this time was invaluable for the future for everyone.
