    On June 7, 2024 - my husband, *******************************, tried to check into the Super 7 motel, at approximately 1500- showing our itinerary and his identification. He was denied check in, as the reservation was under my name - although the itinerary showed 2 adults. My husband offered to pay the full amount for our 1 week reservation but was again denied.The front desk clerk tried to call me - and left a message - which I did not receive until 1800 - as I am a nurse and was working. I called back as soon as I heard the message - I was told I had 15 minutes to figure things out - or else I would be charged a cancellation fee because they didn't have many rooms left and needed the room I had reserved online.I was not able to reach my husband in 15 minutes - and I was charged $59.00 at ******************************************* after 7pm?? I did not even cancel the reservation myself - how is this fair?

    I attempted to book a reservation online but was unable to confirm the booking so I ended up booking elsewhere. But the hotel still took my information and charged me for a room. They claim I was sent an email of confirmation but I was not. They have been rude and unwilling to help me . They wont give me correct information They sent me the receipt in November 30 for a reservation that took place according to them on October 15

    This place robbed me of 230$. I stayed there one night. The next day I went and payed another night of 100$ but because I didnt pay by 11am I was charged 30$ fee. By supper time a man came to my room to tell me I had to leave because my guest made another guest uncomfortable which I doubt is true. My guest is a respectful respected individual and I find it insulting that they approached me to say that. I had a ride come to help me load my stuff. My ride had his dog with him and while the car doors were open the dog went out of car and ran into the room. So for that reason they said I wasnt getting my 100$ deposit back cause I had a dog. I explained it was my friends dog and they still refused me my deposit back. I said I should have a portion of my room cost returned on top of my deposit and they gave me nothing. Robbed me. Im homeless and that was all the money I had. So now have nowhere to sleep tonight with no money. And reading their reviews Im not the first person they scammed.

    I arrived at this motel on Saturday dec 3, 2022. I paid for the room on credit card and they took a $100 deposit. My husband and I put our things in our room and left our vehicle parked. We left with friends as we were going to the **** ***** concert and we were going to hang out in their room at a hotel that was closer to the venue. When we returned to our hotel room after the concert our door was a jar and the flatscreen TV was sitting on the floor. We immediately contacted the front desk to advise them and ask for another room as we did not feel safe that somebody had gotten into ours. They refused us another room. They took note of the TV on the floor and they did nothing further. They refused to assist us. With nowhere else to go we had to stay there that evening feeling very unsafe and upset about the lack of service. The next morning when we checked out we were told that we are not getting our hundred dollar deposit refunded as it was our fault the TV was on the floor and that they noted there was a hole punched in the TV. We have photos showing that there was no damage to the TV whatsoever and I told them to check their surveillance cameras, as proof of us, arriving to the hotel and getting The staff to look at our room. Clearly, the video tapes would show that there was no time for us to cause any damage as they were accusing us. The man at the front desk refused to help me and called his manager, who said that they refused to give us our deposit back and blamed us for the incident. This is completely unfair and false accusations. As we were leaving, there was a police officer in the parking lot who told us we should have never booked there that they have complaints about this hotel all the time. The police are called they’re on a nightly basis. So we got completely scammed and have lost out on $100 that was not legitimately owed.
