    We hope you are in good health. We wanted to take a moment to respond to your recent message and express my sincere concern for your feelings of unhappiness. It saddens us to hear that you're going through a difficult time, and we want you to know that we are here to listen and support you. 

    From what you have mentioned before to us , you had a good number of movers who turned you down due to the complicity of your move, you told us how you were being evicted and the flights with your landlord.  You told us how everyone was bad  treating you in your apartment building,  how you were struggling to even take garbage to the dump outside.   We then decided to help you from taking your garbage way before the day of the move . We gave you an estimate based on 9 hrs only for packing and moving only. You then changed your moving dates,  moving arrangements on last minute. We had to accommodate your needs just for the sake of helping. The original estimate  was not for Unpacking and for more than 17 hrs of work . We had to do everything for no extra charge. We offered to come the next day to take the few items our crew left behind in your old place but it wouldn't work with your schedule. We also offered to gave you a percentage of your bill back but you refused since you raised some concerns on that very day we picked up the cash but you said it was ok.

    That being said you made racial comments about one of our crew members,  which  we are very ungrateful about .

    As much we would want to find  common grounds , we wish if you could also reconsider another avenue to resolve this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I still have lots of things missing: Cereals (oatmeal), 2 ceramic elephants and 1 ceramic persian cat.

    I asked the cleaning lady if she found broken glass when she cleaned the apartment. There was a big amount of white shards of glass found in the rug in the living room.

    They did not pack and bring my dishes, pots and pans or cleaning supplies.

    All transactions had to be in cash.

    I hope we can clear this matter and I get at least half of my money back.

    we have concluded that due to no transparency on what actually happened.  We are unable to compensate the client . It is to no doubt the crew did not misplace the missing items. We did not use an of our trucks to do the move . All our vehicles are inspected and cleaned at the end of each day.

    We also asked if the client wanted extra help for unpacking but she refused.  This would have solved all these raised issues.
