      The Queen ******** has a life time guarantee and I sent in everything they asked for now they are saying I abused the pots. We appreciate you sending us pictures showing the pan set. As part of the lifetime warranty, we will need some additional questions answered. When you cook, do you use high, medium, or low heat?When you cook, do you season your food inside or outside of the pan?Do you use gas, electric, or flattop stove?Are you the original purchaser of the pan set? We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to receiving additional information regarding the requested replacement of this pan set. I would be happy to assist you. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this might be causing. I have reviewed the photos and researched the warranty, and based on that information we have, the pans are not covered under the warranty. It has been deemed that the pitting is from misuse and improper care. Pitting can be caused by undissolved salt sitting in the pan and can also be caused by improper care when cleaning. Metal utensils and metal scouring pads should not be used in them. The handles are not covered under the warranty and can be ordered by the following numbers.400139 - Side handle for large pieces of ******** ****** - Side handle for smaller pieces of ******** ****** - Long handle for all pans ****** - Lid k*** and finger guard I am sorry that we are unable to replace the pans, but I hope my information is helpful.
