I brought my vehicle to this dealership due to strong out coming from the vents. On my way to the delarship my battery died. I called cc to have it boosted. After dropping my vehicle off the dealership contacted me to tell me that the odour was caused due to rodent nest in the engine and required them removing the engine. They also informed me that the battery needed to be changed. I agreed to have the engine taken apart due to remove the nest, and I would replace the battery at a later in the week. Once I picked my vehicle up, and drove off from the dealership I started smelling the same odour as before. I then remembered the dealership advised that it would take few days to get the smell out and to use a deodorant spray to spray the vents (which I did go and purchased even though there was not rodent present only nest. Once I got home, I contact CAA to change the battery as they offered a better price. Once I the hood of the vehicle was opened the smell was even more evident and unbearable. Thats my husband, myself and the CCA technician noted that the odour was coming from the battery. They was also noted that the battery was leaking. Once the battery was removed I went in the vehicle and did not smell anything further. I then drove the vehicle this morning to and no odour noted. I returned to the dealership and requested a refund for not accurately diagnosing and slowing the issue I can to them for. instead they lied about the rodent, unable to provided me with solid proof of my vehicle not someone else's that they removed nest from my car. I left the dealership not being satisfied with the service they provided, as they did not resolve my concern. I am requesting a full refund.
