      Purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe Luxury. After 1 month it self-reported problems which would require Warranty work.The car had been in the shop now for a bit over 7 weeks and neither the dealership nor Hyundai Canada has been able to get the car back on the road.Into shop on May 30 -- today is July 17 ***

      Worst service ever. Made an appointment for a safety recall completed on my wife’s Sonata. Show up for the appointment and they didn’t have the part to fix it. Then why didn’t they call to let me know. That was an hour drive one way for nothing. They said the part would be in later in the week and to call back in to make another appointment. Called back in a few days and the guy in service said he would check on the part availability and get right back to me. Waited one week and never heard anything from them. This was a safety related recall but obviously they don’t care about safety issues with customer’s cars. Fortunately there are other Hyundai dealers in the area that appreciate their customers and love having new ones come to them from competing dealers. Called another dealer and recall issue was fixed within a few days. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Airport Hyundai but it sure will be the last one. I would rather drive 2 hours to another dealership then walk through their doors again.
