    This guy was supposed to install a pool for us. He ***** $27,000 from us and no pool. We took him to court and won a judgement against him. He now owes us $35,000 with interest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... ** ** * ********

    He closed my pool , and came to open it… found that the plug that was plugged in , still to the pool pump had been left . It caught fire and burned out the pump and the wiring had to be replaced. He said he wouldn’t of left it connected. Well, I guess he felt I plugged it in after he closed the pool . I left a message regarding what the electors aid in his report. Never heard from him . I now have to cover the cost of the pump and electrical repair

    Terrible Experience- I would rank him ZERO STARS if I could. I was accommodating as possible and he did almost nothing but collect the money. I had to transport both the Pool Heater and the entire pool on my own and store them for weeks. When he asked me to pick-up the pool I came right away and ended up sitting for over an hour in the parking lot until his crew, not him, finally showed up. I had to load everything into my truck and drive back to St. Thomas. Before they would allow me to load, he demanded the rest of the pool be paid for despite having made a large deposit months earlier and never mentioning he needed full payment- despite "doing him a favour". Overall, **** was impossible to get a hold of- going weeks or more between answering or returning calls. On the phone, he made excuse after excuse for his inability to install our pool. The installation date passed with no news, the 2nd date passed with no contact. Finally, he told me I needed to do the excavation of my yard myself to help him. He told me he would be in touch. I never heard from him again. He stopped answering altogether. I had to start calling around and finally found another contractor to come to install my pool. **** was rude, deceptive, tried to make me feel like I was out of line asking for an update. Stay as far away as you possibly can from his Company. ***** *** *** **** **** ******** ******** ***** ******** ********* ***** ****** **** ******.
