    I had a contract with Aire One to install a heat pump in January 2024. I left the mechanic to do his work without interfering. They completed the job and left without showing their work. Following day, I went to look at the completed work. I could not believe the ABYSMAL quality of work. It was extremely unprofessional for a reputed company like Aire One. The completed work is atrocious and EXTREMELY UNSAFE! The heat pump is very heavy and sits on a support frame. This frame was sitting on a concrete slab. As you can see, that frame is sitting at the extreme end of the concrete slab. There are four legs for the support, and the support is supposed to be secured on the slab with the bolts. They only put one bolt each on two legs. Other two legs are not secured at all! The height of the stand is 17 inches; heat pump with a body of 36 inch width and 32 inches height. Therefore, the unit reach 53 inches height. A heavy wind can easily topple the unit, because the unit is secured on the frame with 1 inch screws HOWEVER they broke one s**** so its only secured with three screws! IF THE HEAT PUMP FALLS, IT COULD EASILY CREATE A FIRE HAZARD AND WHOLE HOUSE WILL BE IN FLAMES!!! Also, the unit and the frame is very unprofessionally aligned. I contacted the company to correct the mistakes and I personally visited them. After five months since installation, nobody bothered to correct the fault (except, one time where they worker came with the wrong s**** and I told them I cannot accept that job without the unit being aligned with the frame). I have made several calls and nobody answers my calls! When I visited one and half months ago, they promised me they will do something in July. But I have no response. This is very shameful and unprofessional!
