    Hi BBB, thank you for the March 16 update. Unfortunately I can only respond here to the questions as my computer needs updating.I have not heard from Canadian Tire. So hopefully they will respond. If they don't what is my next course of action. They have not taken me seriously or professionally as of yet. Prior to the complaint with BBB, a manager from the ******************************** tire phoned me and his opening comment was," how can I help you?' I told him "you called me" He said "you have complained about something" I asked him if he read the emails or talked with Guy, a employee at their head office regarding the issue. He said "no". I was to upset to tell him and encouraged him to do what I suggested. I also informed him on my husbands work break, he would visit the store to try and resolve the issue. My husband came to Canadian Tire awhile later that day and the manager still had no clue as to the issue. Once my husband told him, the manager said, " I was not the manager when the issue started and here is a oil change card free". We found this insulting and no professionalism representation upon Canadian Tire. I hope such a large Company would not treat their customers in this manner.

    ********* and **** *********ing emails to Guy as no one responded until March ******. I got a call from C. Tire manager-******- his opening comment to me was "how can I help you" he told me he did not know why he was calling me. I informed him to read the emails between guy and myself. Also told him that my husband will come in and explain the issue. I restated to read emails. My husband went in to C.Tire, ****** still had no clue what the issue was. When he found out he stated" I was not the manager than, I apologize and he gave me a free oil change. We expected better response as this is a serious issue overlooked since 2022.

    I have not heard back from the company. I also called their customer support number and provided all information. They said they would get back to me but never did.  This has been over one week since contacting them.
