    I contacted this company in 2017 to replace my roof, it was not leaking at the time. We purchased the property in 2016 and were using it as a rental property at ********************************. The shingles were visibly deteriorating so I was trying to be preventative. ****** came out to look at it and gave a quote, he was recommended by an acquaintance so I felt he would do a good job. I hired home to do the roof, I didnt hear about any issues while he was doing the roof. That winter I had renters in there and they neglected to inform me that the roof leaked. Once I was aware, I called ******, he came out and had a look, took off some shingles and told me he put some metal down in one spot and things should be fine. I had to call ****** back every year as the roof was still leaking and damaged my large beams inside the house. He was in the attic many times and said it wasnt wet and pretty much did little things like apply silicone around chimney and in the valleys. Finally in 2023 I demanded he replace the flashing around the chimney, I requested that the old flashing be removed and it done properly but the new flashing was put over top of the old. The roof still leaked in 2024, I called, left a message and no response. I called another roofing company to have a look. They couldnt believe what they saw and said it was done wrong and my whole roof needed to be replaced including plywood. The plywood was moulding from the moisture. Ive had to replace my roof entirely and a huge expense. I was not offered a warranty when ****** did the work.
