    I started home security system with Brinks in August of 2022. I pay $75 dollars per month for services. The services are outdoor cameras and indoor fire alarms.

    I cannot count the amount of times that Brinks faulty equipment has thrown false fire alarms. This is terrifying on so many levels. I went with Brinks for peace of mind to protect my pets when I am not home! When the alarm sounds it takes Brinks approx 10-11 minutes every single time to call me, in that time my home would be burnt to the ground and my pets would be dead.

    I have called and literally begged them for help. It took them 11 months to show up after me calling them several times. They showed up and said they changed some equipment, they clearly did not, as the problem continues to happen weekly!!

    This is literally the definition of insanity!!!

    To get a live agent on the phone it is likely that you will get disconnected at least 5-6 times before actually getting through to anyone. If you ever need to contact Brinks, you should likely set aside an entire afternoon as that is how long it will take to be able to talk to anyone.

    They will not let me cancel my services unless I pay out the entire contract. So I am stuff paying $75.00 a month for services that do not work.

    This is so very disappointing, and so very stressful. I thought I was paying a monthly fee for peace of mind and to protect my furbabies, in all reality I am paying $75.00 a month for an insane amount of stress and anxiety.

    Please, please, please do you research before signing on with this company.
