    We have not had a fire alarm for 3years or more we have called tons of time for a new battery for the alarm system .. very poor service .. if not fixed we are cancelling the service thanks

    The 1- 800 phone number has been changed and to receive the new one they charge a fee of $4.99. Is this legal and what account pays this fee? Have left 5 messages for Paul to repair my alarm and make an appointment but no response. i am paying for a service I am not getting. how can this concern be quickly resolved? Thank you.
