    I got a tattoo started at another shop but something happened so that shop paid my new shop for a complete tattoo and received the money. I only have a half completed tattoo which wasn’t what was promised by ******* ******* of Twisted Quill Tattoo owner. I had an appointment but no address was provided as she opened a new shop somewhere ** ***** *** *******so I have a half a tattoo not a complete tattoo that she was paid for and the guy that was doing it passed away and was paid for the whole tattoo. I have messaged ****** on all forms available and her shop was also to repair multiple tattoos from artist she hired at her old shop I trusted her to have good employees doing the work and received 4 tattoos that need to be fixed. I gave a lot of my hard earned money to this owner and now I’m getting ignored.
