    I purchased toddler and *********** passes. I wasnt made aware that they expiry 365 days after purchase. I went to the store yesterday and was told my 13 remaining family passes and 8 toddler passes will expiry on Nov. 26, 2023. This is the first time I was notified of the expiry and I have 2 weeks to be able to use all the passes I verified the information on the website and noted that the fitness pass doesnt expire only the family and toddler passes. In my opinion none of the passes should expire as I paid for them. I purchased the gift cards at a holiday special and got the gift cards at half the price, I invested $300 on gift cards and then purchased my passes. I couldnt purchases the passes online, I was informed that I had to go into the store. I did and I wasnt informed that they expired within a year or I would have only purchased the passes that I needed and not invested my gift cards into my whole purchases. If is it a gift card or a pass, I still spent the money and there shouldnt be an expiry date. I ran into this issue over COVID and they marketed that their passes didnt have an expiry date, this was the last information that I had - no expiry dates on passes. I am going to continue to try and use up my passes before time runs out, but it is attending every weekend for 2 hours with my kids. Not what I had planned. I am upset that I invested money that I will lose out on in 2 weeks. I am not looking for a full refund as I have used some of the passes, but I am looking for about $200 - even as a gift card that I can use on my terms to purchase individual jump time. I wont be doing passes that expire again.
