    Was sold a vehicle with several issues that I was not made aware of. Business is refusing to fix them even though there's a 2 yr warranty

    The customer came into my office complaining about service. She proceeded to tell me through her swearing that she was not going to get her car fixed in our shop. I explained to her the vehicle cannot be taken back and because she has extended warranty, any covered work can be done anywhere she pleases. She proceeded to tell me she would want to dump her car her. After telling the shop, the owner and me to f@#$ off numerous times, she stormed off. The customer constantly harasses us with rude phone calls. I further explained to her that you can get further ahead with honey than vinegar. The point is, is that she is very rude and obnoxious, thus the reason we cannot accommodate her wants. She further states that she is missing a headrest whereas photos prior to her picking up the vehicle at delivery, they are present.

    I don't know what else to tell you but after 36 years in the car business, I have never been berated in such a manner!
