    On October 10, 2023 this company, Riverbend Windows and Doors Inc, was doing some work in Dutton, ON. As the crew arrived one of the members of the crew got out of the truck and proceeded to smoke a marihuana joint in the customers laneway. This was at app. 0945. Smoking joints is legal, however, not seen as a good sign as the job site is the home of a young family with children under the age of five. Shortly after this the same employee unzips his pants and proceeds to urinate in the customers paved driveway, with several of the children's toys and bicycles in the driveway as well. The work location is in an established residential area and across the street from a public library, which is used by many young parents with their children. As a concerned grandparent, and senior citizen, I attempted to address the issue. The employee became agitated *** ********** ** **** ******** ******** *** ****** ****. I asked another worker who owned the company and he said he owned the company, then told me to shut the F**k up and get back in my house. The OPP were called and the matter is in their hands at this point.
    To say the least this is not a good way to conduct business *** * ***** *** *** **** ******* ***** ******* *********
