    I phoned London Glass and Mirror. I asked them for a quote on supply only shower glass with hinges and hardware. They asked me for complete photographs on the area where the glass was being installed. They recommended the type of glass I get, the thickness, the material, the hinges and hardware. They also recommended the dimensions that the glass be cut to. They cut the glass to their recommended size, order their recommended hinges and hardware. I advised them that the installation and sizing/correct measuring was my responsibility and NOT theirs. After a few weeks, the door began sagging. I called them back and they sent 2 repair workers to come and fix it. They were very apologetic. They came and completed the repair 06/02/23.They came and adjusted the hinges, added new proper rubber inserts between the hinges and realigned the door. They were apologetic and kind and ASSURED me that the problem would not return or happen again. 2 weeks later, the problem came back and the door began sagging again. This time scratching the transition quartz and chipping the glass. I called them to return, they sent someone to come examine. They knocked and rang the doorbell while my wife was in the shower and could not get to the door. They left a business card in the door and left. I called them back and they told me that any warranty I might have had on the repair is now voided because we were not at the door that day.
