      A month ago, I bought tickets for the Halloween night hunt for me and my daughter. At the entrance, they said that I am not allowed to take my bag due to security, I said that I am responsible for my bag and I have no place to put it. They said you can't go inside, I said at least give me a storage room or a lock box or somewhere to put it, they said we don't have room, take it into your car. I said that I don't have a car and I came all this way by bus because of my daughter. In the end, I had no choice but to take out a few important items from my bag and put them in my jacket pocket with difficulty, and like many others who were like me, I left my bag on the ground in front of the wonderland. Any security (because I had no choice). And unfortunately, when I came back, my bag was stolen. I have a question for the manager of Wonderland, was this the safety you wanted? We should really doubt the tact and management of the person who enacted this law. They always say the customer is right, but as it turns out, that's not true. In this case, they could respect the customer and allow them to make their own decisions, or they would set an age classification for their law, or at least they would consider a place for people like me, who were not few in number. (box, room) for our bags. You are responsible for the theft and damage that happened to me and people like me.

      I had bought tickets for the Halloween haunt for October 22nd 2022 from 7-12 am. I am extremely disappointed and feel my hard working money was wasted. It took over an hour and a half waiting to get into the park while my car was idling. Once we got in which was 8:30 you had to find open parking spots because the park was that full. Once we got to the gate we had to wait for security to check people through which took 30 minutes by the time we got in we had 3 hours till the closing time. All the rides plus the haunted houses were 1 hour plus wait times. So you couldn’t even wait to go on one ride. Food lines were just as bad. Wonderland over packed there facility they are all about making money they don’t care if you don’t have a good time and get to go on anything. I emailed them two days ago and still have not got a response. I want a refund or something to make up for the waste of my time.

      Was physically assaulted by another guest in the security line. Had me by my hair and tried to bite me and actually bit my mother in law. No security in sight to help me or my family with the situation. Disgusting

      My 5 year old kid had a panic attack in the wonderland waterpark 1 min into the lazy river. He was about loose grip of the tube . He cried asked a life guard for help. The life guard ignored his request and stopped me to help him because me being on the bank is 'against the rules'. Mean while my son lost grip of the bank and float further down out of my sight. Finally two more guards heard our argument and more importantly my kids distressed cry and managed to pull him out. When I complained to the supervisor he just ignored me. And the same life guard came back to me later said he had a life jacket he is not gonna die which could not be the case because he could easy get stuck in the tube and drown if all life guard apply the same work ethic as the first one . What kind of human being leave a kid crying and struggling in front of you while your job is "life guard"

      I was waiting in the line for Behemoth for more than 1 hour and near the entrance their is one small gate for the opening and by mistake my hand fell on the gate and it opened, as because of that security guy came and started saying that you are jumping off the line now you have to start again. Although I asked him to check the camera but still he didn't listened to me and then he called other security guys and they made me leave the amusement park. The name of the staff was Barvinder. Their staff are always rude and biased. They need a lot of training

      We have seasons pass. Bought $150 fast lane tucket for the day for my daughter. They jacked up the price from $100 to $150 within weeks.***********************************. My daughter went on two rides and her wrist band slipped and fell off when she had her arms raised on a roller coaster ride. She and my husband went to the same booth with the recipt, but one clerk said, that we needed a picture with my daughter wearing the fast lane band, we didn't have one at that time. Then they sent my daughter and husband to guest services. There, they told them, "who told you to take pictures with the fast pass". So clearly the people working there have no clue what they're doing. My husband was waiting for 45 minutes for the manager because everyone said they cannot replace the fast lane wrist band. Finally, after a lot of quarrel and proving with his ** app that he paid for it that day, they said they would replace it if my daughter is there at that moment in the office. Mind u by this time its been and 1 and a half and my daughter had already been disappointed and gone to play in splashworld. We couldnt find her on time and it was getting late so my husband just gave up on the fast lane replacement and left the office. Why couldnt they let my husband have a new form or some thing that he could take with him or even come back the next day? Why was the wrist band so floppy? And if replacement was so forbidden they shouldve made it more sturdy. **************. $150 GONE AND SHE JUST WENT ON 2 RIDES..*************************************************************** **********
