      Awful guest service by staffs and security. If the security is having bad days pls don’t ruin it for families who come here to have a good time.
      I filed a complaint but yet to get a response.

      I visited Wonderland along with my four friends on Friday June 2nd, 2023. I had very bad experience with one of the Employee and would like to complain about her **** behavior. Me and my other two friends were in the queue for Behemoth ride. We waited in the line for almost 30 mins and willing to sit on first row to better experience the ride. There were three space left on row 7 and 8, one of the employee wearing green shirt asked us how many of us in queue, I said three. She told us to come and take seats on row 7. I said we are willing to go to row 1 and I can wait, you may ask other people in queue ( There were few before us and few after us). She ****** said you have to come and site on row 7 now as i wont let you sit on row # 1. I denied since I waited in the line. When our turn came she ****** told us to go to row # 7, when I said again that we would like to go to row #1 and willing to wait in queue, she ****** said she wont let us go there and she can get us removed without even enjoying the ride. She said since we were three people she wont let one sit go empty. I was really disappointed since I knew on next turn she allowed only three people to sit but didnt allow us. I am also disappointed because of her **** behavior and *********** us to get removed from there without enjoying our ride. This Incident happened around 4:30 pm on Friday June 2nd, 2023. This employee was wearing blue shirt and while other employees had red shirt. I was not able to note her name but you can easily find since every ride had just one employee wearing blue shirt. I am seeking apology from her and Wonderland management should ensure that this should not happen with any other guest.

      A month ago, I bought tickets for the Halloween night hunt for me and my daughter. At the entrance, they said that I am not allowed to take my bag due to security, I said that I am responsible for my bag and I have no place to put it. They said you can't go inside, I said at least give me a storage room or a lock box or somewhere to put it, they said we don't have room, take it into your car. I said that I don't have a car and I came all this way by bus because of my daughter. In the end, I had no choice but to take out a few important items from my bag and put them in my jacket pocket with difficulty, and like many others who were like me, I left my bag on the ground in front of the wonderland. Any security (because I had no choice). And unfortunately, when I came back, my bag was stolen. I have a question for the manager of Wonderland, was this the safety you wanted? We should really doubt the tact and management of the person who enacted this law. They always say the customer is right, but as it turns out, that's not true. In this case, they could respect the customer and allow them to make their own decisions, or they would set an age classification for their law, or at least they would consider a place for people like me, who were not few in number. (box, room) for our bags. You are responsible for the theft and damage that happened to me and people like me.

      I had bought tickets for the Halloween haunt for October 22nd 2022 from 7-12 am. I am extremely disappointed and feel my hard working money was wasted. It took over an hour and a half waiting to get into the park while my car was idling. Once we got in which was 8:30 you had to find open parking spots because the park was that full. Once we got to the gate we had to wait for security to check people through which took 30 minutes by the time we got in we had 3 hours till the closing time. All the rides plus the haunted houses were 1 hour plus wait times. So you couldn’t even wait to go on one ride. Food lines were just as bad. Wonderland over packed there facility they are all about making money they don’t care if you don’t have a good time and get to go on anything. I emailed them two days ago and still have not got a response. I want a refund or something to make up for the waste of my time.

      Was physically assaulted by another guest in the security line. Had me by my hair and tried to bite me and actually bit my mother in law. No security in sight to help me or my family with the situation. Disgusting
